Inspired by the Portuguese dish, our KRÓKETUR plant-based are crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. This dish is a mixture of our plant-based fish and Icelandic fresh potatoes. Our KRÓKETUR plant-based are ready to be baked and fried.

Ingredients:

Kartöflur, Vatn, Baunaprótein, Algínat, Konjac, Xanthan Gúmmí, Náttúruleg Bragðefni, Hrísgrjónasterkja, Calcium Carbonate, Ólífuolía Extra Virgin, Laukur, Steinselja, Salt, Hvítlaukur, Svartur Pipar.

Potatoes, Icelandic Spring Water, Texturized Pea Protein, Alginate, Konjac, Xanthan Gum, Rice Starch, Calcium Carbonate, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Onion, Parsley, Salt, Garlic, Black Pepper.

You can prepare our KRÓKETTUR plant-based in the following ways, choose which one your heart dictates!

Oven

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place our KRÓKETUR plant-based in an oven-safe container and cook, and be sure to drizzle it, preferably with extra virgin olive oil. If defrosted for 10 minutes - if frozen for 20 minutes until it reaches a pleasant temperature for a complete taste and pleasant experience.

Air Fryer

Preheat your fryer for 5 minutes at 180°C. Cook our KRÓKETUR plant-based if defrosted for 7 minutes - if frozen for 13 minutes, don't forget to turn it over halfway through the suggested time. Then, enjoy an explosion of flavor in your mouth.
