You can prepare our BUFF plant-based in the following ways, choose which one your heart dictates!
Oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place our BUFF plant-based in an oven-safe container and cook, and be sure to drizzle it, preferably with extra virgin olive oil. If defrosted for 13 minutes - if frozen for 21 minutes until it reaches a pleasant temperature for a complete taste and pleasant experience.
Air Fryer
Preheat your fryer for 5 minutes at 180°C. Cook our BUFF plant-based if defrosted for 7 minutes - if frozen for 13 minutes, don't forget to turn it over halfway through the suggested time. Enjoy an incredible flavour in your meal.
Pan
Preheat the frying pan over high heat, when hot enough, preferably pour in extra virgin olive oil. Add our BUFF plant-based and cook; if defrosted for 3 minutes - if frozen for 7 minutes on each side until it reaches a pleasant temperature for a complete taste and pleasant experience. To reach the top of a culinary experience, we suggest serving it with a sweet and sour sauce or a beautiful green mayonnaise!
Grill
Add your favorite seasonings to our BUFF plant-based and don't forget to add a little extra virgin olive oil on top. Make sure your grill is very hot and brush, if possible, a little avocado oil on the surface of your grill to prevent sticking. Grill our BUFF plant-based, if defrosted for 3 minutes - if frozen for 7 minutes on each side. Turn it over often, this will guarantee complete cooking and a pleasant eating experience.
